Built on four levels around a central courtyard, the villa has approximately 10,000 square feet of living area with spectacular views overlooking the Bay of Banderas, all oriented towards Los Arcos so the Miami-looking north shore is not visible and does not destroy the view.

The house design includes an infinity pool, a dramatic winding staircase, hacienda-style iron chandeliers, multiple fountains & weeping walls, brick bovedas, high-beamed ceilings, colonial period arches, cantera columns, antique furniture and art throughout.

There is a fully-equipped exercise gym, and a large media/entertainment room with a large 52” flat panel television screen with US Satellite service.

The dining room has an expandable dining table that comfortably seats up to twelve people and the house contains of total of twelve rooms that provide bountiful areas to socialize both in large groups as well as smaller spaces for more intimate settings.
