Ralph's Studios
Punta Mita is located at the end of the Mita Penninsula, which is the north shore of Banderas Bay, and juts out about 20 kms west into the Pacific. Along this coast there are 6 surf breaks: Dinosours, Burros, Lancha, Anclote, Faro and Bahia. The last 4 are within a short walk from the house. The other two are a short drive away. They break at different times depending on tides and swell direction.


Outfiting arrangements can be made for divers, surfers, windsurfers,kitesurfers, fishing, nature walks,snorkel, sailors, overnight sails to Yelapa, whale watchers, cruisers, shell collectors, deep sea fishing, special groups, bikers, horses.

How can we help?


Public transportation is good. Buses run every 7 to 15 minutes apart. The bus fare to Vallarta Airport is 18 pesos, to Bucerias 9 pesos. There are beach restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Taquerias open after dark. There are several mom&pop stores where basic foods can be purchased.

From the 360 degree panoramic rooftop terrace you can view Lancha, Anclote, and Faro breaks.


Studio one is equiped with a queen size bed, sofa, and we can add a roll away twin for a small extra charge. The other studio has two twin beds, sofa, and we can add a roll away twin.

Both studios have their own bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water. Both have kitchen facilities which include a 9ft fridge, two burner range, medium size microwave, medium size toasteroven, coffee maker. All linen, towels, kitchen and cooking utensils inluded. Both studios have access to the rooftop terrace. We provide fans, but no AC or TV. Internet available for a small fee. Lower unit is wheel chair accesible
The nightly rate is the equivalent of $35, the weekly rate is $210. Reservations are easy. Simply deposit a good faith sum at any Bank of America branch.
